    Xbox Live Gold subscription not recognized after renewal


    Hello everyone,

    I recently renewed my Xbox Live Gold subscription, but unfortunately, it seems like my Xbox is not recognizing the renewal. The subscription status still shows as inactive, and I'm unable to access multiplayer or any Gold-exclusive features.

    I’ve already tried restarting my console and signing out and back into my account, but nothing has worked so far. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve it?

    After reviewing your account, your Gold subscription for the last three months was a promotional, discounted subscription. As mentioned in the FAQ, promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards:

    Xbox Live Gold subscriptions after the first month are not free and also need to be payed for at the regular retail price. If you want to keep your Xbox Live Gold subscription, you will need to pay for it at the full regular retail price.
