    Xbox live gold subscription not appearing on account


    I purchased a 12 month Xbox Live gold subscription from Walmart. I entered tho code and everything went through correctly and I was able to play online. When I tried logging in again a few days later it wanted me to buy another subscription. The one I
    purchased and redeemed was nowhere in the account history and I threw the card away since everything worked the first time. How can I get this fixed?

    Taking a look at your profile, it doesn't appear you have Xbox Live Gold. In order to play online you'll need an Xbox Live Gold subscription enabled on your account.

    Hey neg, you'll need a gold subscription, not just a LIVE account. It appears that you're currently showing as having a free account, and not one set up with Gold.

    It appears that the account you're posting is a Xbox Live Silver account, which would limit Xbox Live party chat. I would ensure that you have an Xbox Live Gold subscription to be able to use party chat, or ensure that your Xbox One Home console is set by
