    Xbox Live Gold Subscription Issue


    Hello all; I have been using a friends card to pay for my XBL Gold subscription. His card has recently expired, and after updating his details I can no longer pay off of his account. I have tried my card, and we have tried a multual friends card, each time
    to be greeted with a 'This card is associated with too many accounts' error.

    Any ideas? XBL support where unable to help as my primary e-mail address is no longer in use, and therefore they could not verify the account I was inquiring about was actually mine.

    Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

    I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

    Seems like the issue is not regarding to your game edition it is due to your subscription. The game requires Xbox Live Gold subscription to play it. It’s either you will purchase Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate since the Ultimate included Xbox Live Gold as well.

    My microsoft account (or any) dosen't let me play realms, servers or multiplayer even though my settings are all allow, redid them and logged out and in a few times

    It's because you need an Xbox Live Gold subscription to play the game, YuhanLK. Once you purchase an Xbox Live Gold subscription you should be able to play the game without any issues.
