    added 10 dollars to my Microsoft balance and tried to pay for my due payment, but it is asking for a backup payment option but as i don't live in the USA I cant add a backup payment option but i have 10 dollars in my Microsoft balance i want to pay with it.

    As you've mentioned, you're getting an error code 80190128. This may mean that the Xbox Live Gold free trial subscription that you’re trying to sign up for has already been redeemed. It is either your Xbox Live account already redeemed the free trial Gold
    subscription or the console that you're using already reached the limit for trial accounts (3 per console).

    Do you currently have an Xbox Live Gold subscription? In order to play online you'll need a Gold subscription which would explain the error message you're receiving.

    Basically, the error message that you're getting means that your profile doesn't have an Xbox Live Gold subscription. Since you mentioned that it's Fifa, if I'm not mistaken, this game requires a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription not a free trial. For this,
    there's a chance that what you said wa your gold was a free trial, right?
