Xbox Live Gold subscription cancelled when cancelled Game Pass Ultimate cancelled can't...

Remember if you cancel Game Pass Ultimate you cancel Xbox Live Gold too. Go under Services and Subscriptions to cancel your recurring subscriptions.

When you purchase Ultimate while having one of the lower subscriptions such as Gold or Game Pass, it will convert all of your subscription to Ultimate. This is why it shows as cancelled at the time of the Ultimate purchase. Since it was all converted to Ultimate, once you manually cancelled the subscription, you cancelled everything. You can try to contact phone support to see if you could possibly be refunded but this happened due to you cancelling the Ultimate.

Again, when you have a subscription to Gold or Game Pass and you purchase Ultimate, the previous subscriptions are cancelled and converted to one Ultimate subscription. When you cancelled Ultimate, you cancelled everything.

If you cancel Xbox Game Pass Ultimate you will no longer have all it has to offer. When you feel like cancelling you can go to microsoft.com and locate the subscription tab from there you can cancel your Game pass ultimate and Renew your Xbox Live Gold. Or you can go to subscriptions on the Xbox settings find your Xbox live Gold on there and Renew it that way.

Have you canceled the Game Pass Ultimate? When you did that it will cancel everything, because the gold subscription was converted to Game Pass Ultimate..

If you are referring to losing Xbox Live Gold because you cancelled Game Pass Ultimate, there is nothing that can be done. It clearly states that Xbox Live Gold will be converted to Game Pass Ultimate days and can not be reverted and that canceling Game
