Vor ein paar Tagen kam eine E-mail von Paypal das ich eine Xbox live Gold Abo für ein Jahr gekauft habe. Jedoch war mir das Abonnement unbekannt und nun würde ich gerne eine Stornierung beantragen. Jedoch habe ich schon den Support Blog http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=623982&clcid=407&fref=services_help_cancelSub
durchgelesen und ich sah keinerlei Stornierungs Option.

Auf meinem Account sehe ich einen Kauf des Abonnements.

Leider funktioniert der "Request an Xbox digital product refund" Link nicht, und im Ersten Support Link steht auch nur "Wählen Sie Bezahlung und Abrechnung unter
dem gewünschten Abonnement und dann Kündigen" . Jedoch existiert dieser "Kündigen" Link nicht. Ich bin schon so gut wie alle Support Hilfen durchgegangen und habe nichts neueres gefunden...

check the purchase history in any Microsoft accounts you may have to see if the charge is listed there. If you do see that there is an established subscription for Xbox Live Gold in any of the accounts, then you may proceed to cancel the subscription and
request a refund.

Should you find that the subscription was not begun on any account of yours, then you may wish to
reach out to Xbox Support by requesting a call back so that they may assist you in getting the situation handled. Sadly, we here on the forums lack the necessary tools to assist
more directly with billing or subscription issues.

I checked my gold tenure on the link eG x Thee Elf posted and mine says

gold 1 month free trial canceled

but yet I have no number next to my name
