    I bought a 12 month Xbox live Gold subscription, then four months later decided to buy gamepass ultimate for $1. After realizing I didn't like any of the games I refunded it but it also took away my xbox live gold even though I had 8 months left. What
    do I do?

    You can try contacting support to see if there is anything they can do, but when you bought the Ultimate, the system does give you a warning that your Gold will be converted to Ultimate. http://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us

    I have not read anything reliable to indicate account information was stolen from Xbox Live. Those stolen accounts from Lulzsec have nothing to do with Live.

    I'd rather concern myself first to cancel the associated credit card on your stolen Xbox unit if the theft is using it to purchase Xbox gold subscription.
