Xbox Live Gold shown on my account, but I didn't buy it nor do I actually have access to...

If you go to your Microsoft account, you csn see if you have an active subscription. If you do not then it is most likely a bug.

We definitely didn't buy ultimate game pass nor upgraded to it. It was definitely live gold we brought have recipt to proof thays what was brought... Brought July xbox live gold pass put it on no problems now its expired and it seems to be called xbox
ultimate on my account history... Don't know what to do now? Please help

Is your account region the same as you actual region? And make sure to have a valid method of payment linked with your account.

I do have Paypal linked with my account, I keep buying stuff on my console with that AND I keep paying my XBox Live Gold with Paypal as well, so that is out of the question.

And yes, my region and the one I'm trying to download from are the same, also my account region and the place where I'm accessing the internet from (my actual region) are the same as well.

I checked the "my games" tab on microsofts homepage and the game didn't show up there(despite being in my library on my xbox as well as being counted as a owned game in the total that is shown at the top of the "games" section of "my games and apps").
I also checked when dead space had been available on games with gold last, and i did not own EA access at that time nor after it (although i have owned it before.)

I have the same issue. The right account is set as my home Xbox but Xbox live gold isn’t being shared. I have access to all my games in offline but it still says that I need to buy gold. Anyone have a fix for this issue.
