Xbox live Gold screen seems bugged. Is it broken for others?

I was a 7 before the change and am still a 7 now. I don't seem to be affected by the bug of inheriting the previous posters CUL either so it seems it's broken for some but not others.

Tried clearing my cache, and no luck.

This what the awards screen looks like before it bugs:

It doesn't seem like a problem with my HDD though, because other things such as games, saves, my purchased avatar items all work perfectly fine. It is only the avatar awards that are bugging.

When it starts doing this, it won't enable me to move my profile between devices (it gives me a 'cannot do this at this time' error). Still though, if it were a problem with the HDD (faulty, broken) then wouldn't it affect everything on it, and not only
avatar awards sometimes? It seems more like a problem with the service / system itself (the dashboard) because the 'awards' screen doesn't even load my games when I click awards, it simply shows that screen.

Hello, I'm try to upgrade through the console using the Microsoft store using a debit however the error screen blocked me from even getting to the payment screen. but have also tried on pc and Mac with no success. my xbox live gold subscription is up to
date and active. non of my current subscription are past due, for I used a code to redeem my xbox live gold membership. And no I do not use auto renew on any of my subscriptions again for I used a code to redeem my xbox live gold membership. I have tried what
seems like ever tick in the book with no avail it seems no other user has had this problem that I know of and the multiple times I have tried using the support team they seem to not know to remedy the solution. But thank you for the feed back.

I have read it was shipped a broken game.

Bad screen tearing. Stupid AI. Story crippling bugs.
