Xbox Live Gold Rush June 2014 - No Xbox One games codes sent

I bought and redeemed a Xbox live 12 months during the promotion and have been using my Xbox One since launch, when are the codes for the Xbox One downloadable version of Ryse: Son of Rome, and Killer
Instinct Ultra Edition Add-ons to be sent?

In it, Phil Spencer says that the games will be available after the release of the June update. Please be patient, the games will be available to all Gold members soon.

Sorry to hear it. I can only find this for the promotion which doesn't state getting two free games but I don't know what the original offer page stated.

I've already instant chat with one of the Microsoft people through the Xbox support and told me to post here. And yes the original Xbox promo page has been removed with no sign that that was the offer, the only reason I signed up in June was because of the
offer. Ping ponging me around to try and get a reply whether it be just wait for the codes or whether there was a mistake and the codes were not sent out, is starting to irritate me. And I have received the Xbox 360 free games that was sent out only a day
or a few just after I signed up.

 

Sorry you're upset. However, sending you here was not correct as the people who post here are gamers just like yourself. Your only recourse is to contact support for the region that the offer was made in and see what they have to say about not receiving
the item(s) in question.

 

Although I didn't follow up and contact microsoft, on the 17/10/14 I was sent a message with redemption codes through the xbox one. For anyone looking out for the codes, go check your xbox one inbox.
