    I bought a xbox one live gold card for 12 months, when I got home and scraped the activation code, it ripped and I can not identify the first 5 digits. I have the bar code on the card and the other 20 digits, Can you help me?

    MS ripped me off, can anyone help me out?

    Hello, I bought xbox live gold a while ago, when there was a deal going, the deal was buy three months of gold and get a code sent by email, for another three months of xbox live gold. Seemed like a great deal so I purchased. Well, it said that the code would be sent by May 15, I purchased this in early January.
    Now the codes have not been sent, haven't heard anything from MS, feeling ripped off. Did this happen to anyone here? And I am very sure the deal was valid for me.

    Feeling ripped off by Microsoft!

    Bought a Live Gold membership, but can't buy games, rent movies or purchase anything through Xbox because Guam is not included in the billing drop-down selection. Pretty useless!

    Wish I had known this before buying a Live Gold membership!

    You got my money, Microsoft. Hope you're happy.

    @Sicktripper NL if you are from/in the Netherlands then you should be able to buy Gold without any problems, since Xbox Live is fully supported in the Netherlands.

    The problem SkazDime got is that he/she is in a unsupported xbox live country and there are apparantly unsupported ways to get xbox live, but due to the physical region it may result in issues downloading/buying content digitally.

    Hi, I am currently paying 6.99 a month for a game pass core, are there cheaper options but still with the same access, I seen a 12 month game pass for 37.99, so feel like I am getting ripped off

    That is such a rip off and makes it so much more expensive than what XBOX gold was like

    @Fue1edByFury There could be a code you have to input to redeem the Live Gold. It's usually found on a piece of cardboard that you have to rip away a section to reveal the code. Look inside the box to see if it's there.
