Xbox Live Gold reward problems

I haven't received my Live Gold rewards for several months. I am.on yearly sutomatic renewals which are working fine.

My console does not show o have a gold account nor do I get any of the rewards or free games or discounted games.

I need to get this fixed ASAP

If you are thinking about buying gold then do it with my referral as you can get 5,000 XBL reward credits. What do I get? I get 1,000 credits if you buy gold when I refer you.

Xbox Live Reward credits can be deposited into your local currency after you get 1,000. You also get exclusive offers sometimes and can get thing cheaper. There are also offers that will earn you credits like pre-ordering games. more info is here: Xbox Live Rewards

Just to make clear as I know some people get confused this is a referral to buy gold. Not to sign up to xbox live rewards.

Can I get Gold with GameStop PowerUp Rewards or XboxRewards?

Gamestop Rewards should let you get gold, if not they let you get the coupons off a product and you can use those for that. Bing rewards lets you get Xbox live though.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. We see that we are identifying you as a Gold member, and have not given out Rewards Credits for renewals since 2014. If you are having issues with the Gold service, you should contact Xbox Support at (support.xbox.com/contact-us).

If you are a member of the xbox live rewards program and are a gold member of xbox live, you can send them a link found on your rewards refer page that your friend can use to sign up for xbox live gold, for this you will both recieve a reward for refering
stated on the rewards website. If this doesn't solve your problem, could you specify more about what your issue involves

Xbox LIVE Rewards is a loyalty program that rewards members for renewing their Xbox LIVE Gold subscriptions, playing games, engaging with Xbox LIVE features, making purchases from the Xbox LIVE Marketplace etc... and a gold member does mean a xbox live gold
member.

Promotional subscriptions are not eligible for Rewards, as stated in our FAQ:

Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.
