Xbox Live Gold replacement

To whom it may concern,

I purchased an Xbox one S over a year ago. Just before it had a battery problem, I purchased 3 months of Xbox gold. I was sent a "new" console as a replacement, but it had a similar issue as soon as I turn it on. I have been waiting for yet another replacement
and I consider it an inconvenience as I have been without an Xbox for most of the school holidays. This means I have purchased a 3 month Xbox gold membership that I have nearly been able to use, and kindly request a new code to cover this issue as it is not
my fault.

Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

Do you gave an Xbox One? If so, all you have to do is have one account with Xbox Live Gold and all the other accounts on that same console will automatically have Xbox Live Gold as well. Family subscriptions were replaces with "Xbox Live Home Gold".

Keep..in mind gamepass core replaces gold .not gamepass.has includes .gold and gives you access to.25 games. and it Costs the same as gold
