    Hola, en estos días he tenido problemas con la suscripción a Xbox Live Gold, me explico:

    El día 01 de Septiembre compré la membresía de 3 meses en oferta (creo que era del 60%). La cuestión es que yo recuerdo haber desactivado la renovación automática pero por algún motivo se volvió a activar, y el día 01 de diciembre, que es cuando debería
    haber dejado de tener la suscripción, me descontaron cerca de 25 dólares de la cuenta sin previo aviso para renovar por otros 3 meses la suscripción a Gold. Me gustaría que me cancelaran la suscripción y me hicieran el reembolso correspondiente. Gracias de

    Hi CrisPro,

    You can cancel your subscription online from account.microsoft.com. Simply sign in to the account that was charged and then go to Subscriptions and Services and you can cancel the Xbox Live Gold subscription from there. You may be eligible for a refund and
    it will let you know when you cancel the subscription.

    You cannot remove a payment method off of your XBOX Live account until you a.) cancel automatic renewal and b.) you no longer have an XBOX Live Gold Membership.

    Instructions to switch off automatic renewal are here.

    To remove the credit card immediately you will need to contact phone support for your country/region.
