XBox Live Gold rendeem code doesn't work

Hi

On 2 February 2017 I purchased a 3 month Gold from Euronics online store (Estonia).

The code is [Mod Removed].

When I inserted the rendeem code, it didn't start to work. It displayed the message 'Something went wrong'.

I wasn't able to insert the code into the PC nor the Xbox. Both ways it displayed an error message and asked to try later.

I contacted Euronics and they asked me to check whether my billing address is the UK and whether my billing address is the same as the xbox address. I confirmed that it is so and that can't be the problem.

Then something happened: from 17.02.2017-19.02.2017 the rendeem code started to work itself, without even inserting it. So, it worked for 3 days and then stopped working again, and it hasn't been working since then.

It displays the same message that there is something wrong and please try later.

In my account I can see that I have purchased a 3-month Gold which has worked only 3 days.

The issue has been out of control for too long and I want some kind of solution: either I will get a new working code or I'll get a refund.

Cannot rendeem FIFA 14 code

HI,

I just bought FIFA 14 for XBOX 360, in it there was a rendeem code for getting 4 gold FUT's packages.

When i try to rendeem the code it give me the following error message:

An error occurred while completing this operation
XBOS-4000

What can i do?

Xbox Live Gold code doesn't work

Hello, ive been using a 48h Xbox Live Gold code 17 hours ago but it doesn't seem to work, my account is still Silver.

Can you all help me ... ?

Since Estonia is not a country support by Live, the code is not supposed to work there. You would need to contact the retailer you purchased it from for about a refund. It's also not a good idea to post codes on the forums whether they are working or not.
These are public forums so anyone could take them.

We understand the frustration but with a trial code, you may not be able to access online multiplayer in some games and we're afraid we cannot speculate on which titles. For example, EA titles typically require a Gold subscription
to access their online multiplayer servers.

Trial codes do not change your account status to gold. They only give you access to some benefits of online multiplayer. Some codes will only work for the game they came with and they will not work with all games or all game modes.

I don't know if anyone else already posted the solution to this, but a friend had the same issue with the same error. The problem was, he was trying to redeem a code over a trial gold. Live Gold and Gold Trial, doesn't mix up, that's why the solution is
to let the gold subsciption end and then redeem the code. So if you have a Live Gold and try to redeem a Trial code (like the one included with the xbox) or the other way around, it won't work.
