Xbox live gold quest: Summer edition

I have an issue with the quest from July 3-16. I tried to track my progress but the site didn't work till recently always popped up with an error to try again later. Any way i was looking at my progress on the current quest and saw that i could see the previous
ones as well. The one i have the problem with it has me completing. 3 hours of multi player 3 days in a row but not completing the join a new club. I joined The State Of Decay 2 club on July 12. The dates to join a new club was July 10-16 so why did i not
get the complete for this quest? I completed both parts and should have gotten the prize and entry but i didnt get it. Can this be fixed? I contacted support and after other tries was directed to post here for it to be fixed

Hello, I'm looking for some help regarding the Xbox Live Gold Quests: Summer Edition. When I visit the page which displays the challenges for the quests I get a message saying "You are no longer eligible as your membership has expired." Now the issue
I'm having is that my xbox live account has gold on it until October so if I complete these challenges will I be void from winning anything despite actually having gold on my account? Thanks for any help.

 

I don't know if there is an answer for this. I'm having the same issues with just about every part of the quests. I added 5 friends for one of them but I didn't receive credit. I did the 3 hours of multi just as I was instructed but it says I didn't
finish. One issue I noticed is that you HAVE to go through the quest tile and then select the quest to complete and choose your games (for multiplayer at least) through that. If you just start up a game and play for X amount of time then it won't track.

I know they have been doing quests for a while but it seems like it needs a lot more work because tracking is a little hard to figure out and I don't believe it's accurate.

 

I made sure my regular games qualified and just timed myself every day adding a little extra time. Its just frustrating to spend over a hour talking w support only to be sent here and ignored. Just not gonna waste my time participating in their broken promotions
