Xbox Live Gold Quest issue.

Hello, I'm looking for some help regarding the Xbox Live Gold Quests: Summer Edition. When I visit the page which displays the challenges for the quests I get a message saying "You are no longer eligible as your membership has expired." Now the issue
I'm having is that my xbox live account has gold on it until October so if I complete these challenges will I be void from winning anything despite actually having gold on my account? Thanks for any help.

I completed the xbox libe gold quest but never got a message when will i get a message?

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. How long ago were the quests completed? The

Xbox Live Gold Quest section of our website states that rewards should be received through the Xbox Message Center in the following month. Be sure to let us know the results!

 

If you recently renewed your Xbox Live Gold then it can take several hours before the website will update the information. Any challenges your doing should still be tracked even though the website isn't up to date.

 

Thanks for the reply, my gold hasn't expired in over two years as I've always kept gold running on my account. I'll keep doing the challenges and hope for the best.
