    Xbox Live Gold purchase screen not loading


    When I press ‘join’ on the purchase Xbox Live screen, it spends an age on a loading screen, before saying there was an error and to try again later. I have been trying for several days, any ideas?

    Problems Renewing Xbox Live Gold

    Im trying to upgrade to Xbox Live Gold. When im in the Confirm Purchase Window, After i click "Confirm Purchase" a loading circle pops up and then about 15 seconds later the window closes. After this happens i still do not have an Xbox Live Gold membership.
    Ive tried this about 10 times. ive also tried to sign up on the Xbox Website and when i try to click the "Get Gold" button nothing happens

    Unable to receive 1 month $1 Gold subscription

    I have a silver account and see the opportunity of getting 1 month of Xbox Live Gold for $1. I press "Go Gold For $1 Today" and select my payment option, which is a pre-paid Visa card. After I select "confirm purchase", I get a loading screen for maybe 4-5
    seconds, and then the "Confirm Purchase" box goes away. I still do not have gold, and it is not giving me any indication that it is or is not working.

    Any similar problems or solutions? I do not know how to resolve such a conundrum.

    Hey there paulduartejr.

    To clarify. Did you select that promotion and then purchase Xbox Live Gold? If you purchased Gold on a different screen instead of through that promotion then I'm afraid you would not be qualified.

    I tried that, and I'm facing the same problem.

    When I "Press 'A' to Start" the game I'm wanting to play, it shows "checking system privileges" and then throws me to the screen to purchase Xbox Live Gold.

    This system already has Xbox Live Gold (and even shows as much in the home screen).

    You can actually own an account for each child and play split screens, but multiplayer is the one that requires a purchase of Xbox live gold.
