    You'll want to check the promotional terms and conditions - there is usually a link in the fine print (sorry, my console is not showing the promotion) - and check to see if there are any restrictions for getting the discounted price.

    I know the promotion run last month was noted with an * next to the price "for new members only" and I was unable to get it, but a friend of mine was able to.

    If there are no restrictions, and the system is still not giving you the discounted price, you'll want to reach out to Support directly to see if they can assist. You can go
