Xbox Live Gold promotion

I recently purchased a 3 month Xbox Live Gold membership (6/7/2015) that included a promotion for a $10 Xbox gift card. I have received a $5 gift card from Xbox Live (6/19/2015), but I am certain that the promotion was for a $10 gift card. I already
contacted Xbox support after I noticed that I only received $5, and they said that I would receive another code within 24 hours, but it has already been over 3 days since then.

Just to clarify, did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the dashboard promotion on your console? This is offer is valid for purchasing Xbox Live Gold through the promotion on the dashboard. If you added an Xbox Live Gold token to your account
during this promotion, it will not qualify you for this promotion.

 

Since the Support told you that, I'd recommend you to get back to them, and tell them to review your previous conversation with the other support agent(In case you don't have a reference number) and then tell that even after 24 hours, you did not receive
a code, I'm sure they got you covered on this.

 

Well the code arrives in 4 weeks not 1 week fyi as per the terms Nd conditions

 

I am just a bit confused as I already received $5 of the code, and am wondering why I didn't receive $10.

 

South Africa Games wiith Gold on my 360 shows that I can download Plants vs Zombies, but when I open the link, there are only two options: Rate and Pin. No Download/Purchase option. Website Gold page only show XBOX ONE games. Will this be fixed or is South
Africa just left out in the cold this time round?
