    On or about June 11, 2018 I was offered a 3-month subscription to Live Gold for $25, which was to include a voucher for another 3 months that would be emailed to us. I made the purchase. The subscription runs out 9/11 (tomorrow). We have not yet received
    the promised voucher. How can I get the voucher or otherwise resolve this problem?

    I was asked by your online chat team to post here to resolve the issue of not having received my bonus 3-month Xbox Live Gold subscription, which I qualified for after purchasing a subscription during the offer period.

    Here is the advice from your online chat:

    "Thank you for waiting, I have noted on your account and verified that you are qualified for the said free 3-month promotion for Xbox Live Gold. You may create a post on our Sales & Promotions page using this link below so our Sales & promotions support
    can send you the said 3-month Xbox Live Gold that you should've received last June 20th."

    I've been on two online chat sessions and still not had this resolved. Here is the offer detail:

    Buy 3-month Xbox Live and Get 3-month free - terms & conditions: Offer of free 3 month Xbox Live Subscription valid from 7 June 2018, 00:01AM local time to 17 June 2018, 11:59PM local time (“Offer Period”). Available only in the Microsoft retail and online
    stores in Australia and in the online store in New Zealand. Offer subject to the purchase of a 3 month Xbox Live Subscription during the Offer Period. Requires valid promo code. Promo code will be sent out 20 June 2018, 09:00AM (AU), 11:00AM (NZ). Code must
    be redeemed by July 31, 2018.

    I've checked my Xbox Live Messaging and there's nothing in there either.

    I'm hoping this can be sorted on my third contact attempt.

    FWIW, I also watched the E3 briefing from the beginning - for at least the first 30 minutes - even made a couple of comments during it on the Mixer chat - and didn't receive the Mixpot. That said, my key concern is the extra 3-months of Xbox Live Gold. Had
    the offer not been there, I wouldn't have purchased a short membership like that (previously I have purchased 12-months).

    Looking forward to a resolution.

    I purchased 12 month Xbox gold March first of 2018 and it has worked fine until today (June 16, 2018). Every time I try to play an online game, a pop-up appears saying I must purchase Xbox live gold in order to play.

    You will need to confirm your details and the account that purchased on the special offer and they will be able to check your account for this, sometimes the code is sent as a message to your XBOX to the console, have you checked there.

    XBox Live 3-Month Subscription Promo Never Received

    I signed up for a 3-month subscription on June 15, 2018, which indicated a promo would apply where I would receive a code for an additional 3-months. The code was never sent. I checked my email and my messages on Xbox. It was never sent. Customer Service
    told me to post here to receive help.

    The promo stated:

    Buy 3 months, get 3 free

    Purchase a 3-month Gold membership and receive a code for an additional 3 months delivered to your email address within 10 business days.

    Offer valid from 9:00PM PST on June 6, 2018 to 11:59 PM PST on June 17, 2018, while supplies last. Available only in Microsoft online store in the United States (including Puerto Rico) and Canada. Offer valid for 3 month Xbox Live Subscription. After
    your purchase, you'll receive a digital code at the email address associated with your purchase within 10 business days of promotion end date. Code must be redeemed by August 31, 2018. No reproduction of codes will be accepted.
    Did you fullfil the offer or did you try and bypass it

    If you tried to use a prepaid code then you didnt fullfil the offer

    To get the code you must puechasethe offer with a payment optiom

    A prepaid code only counta as a previous purchsse not a valid purchsse

    As it counta as a prevuous sale at the pos not when you bought the offer

    I also contacted support right after ordering on 1/24/2018 to confirm I did it correctly and they confirmed I still have the email saved, that I would be getting the 3 free months.

    XBOX One upgrade promo - bonus games

    The promotion was back in late June. Appeared on my home screen on Xbox 360. Offered 3x games if I upgraded to XBox one and activated it using my Xbox gold login (all of which I did). I upgraded a couple of days after.

    I did not take any screen shots as I didn't anticipate any problems. The promotion was so in my face I presumed the rewards process would be simple as well.
