xbox live gold promotion- lovers in a dangerious soace time

hi o have previously posted regarding this promotion but haven't redirected ant official responces and again have been told by phone support to post on the forums again under a new post so here it is.

i followed a link on the xbox one dash to renew my xbox live sub for 12 months and recieve a 20% discount as well as a copy of lovers in a dangerious space time .. i accepted this offer and followed the link through. despite following instructions i recieved
neither the game or the discount. subsequently i payed full price.

previously i was advised by another forum member to wait until the promo expires and i will recieve everything however the promo has expired and i still havent been given either the refunded discount or a code for the game. i also havent herd anything back
from microsoft.

please let me know how i can get the promised rewards ... or a refund

Hi still waiting on a resolution or at least an update regarding this. I have also noticed that I am they're are quite a few other forum posters complaining of this.

 

Hi I purchased the xbox live gold subsription with the free copy of lovers in a dangerous spacetime on the 10th of july and i have not received the game. My subscription renewed but i have not received a copy of the game. i have spoken to customer chat
support and he said that this is the best place to post the issue. I was hoping to get this rectified asap.
