Xbox live gold Portal: Still Alive is not downloadable.

I'm trying to download Portal to my Xbox One X without much success. When I go to it on the Xbox store I click "See Price," then it tells me about "Xbox One Backward Compatibility" where I can click "Continue" or "Cancel." "Continue" is broken or something
because it won't let me click on it but the cancel button does work. Hard reset did not fix it.

Then I went here:

After signing in, I click on "Download to Xbox 360." It tries to load for a few minutes and then gives me an error: "Uh oh... that shouldn't have happened. It appears you've found a glitch in the system. Please try again later."

Any ideas?

Hello! I suggest trying to redeem/purchase this GWG from a different device, try your 360 console or a phone or a PC, you should be able to redeem it from the Xbox website, if not? Let us know!

Try restarting the console, if that doesn't fix it try getting it through the Xbox app on pc or mobile, then try installing it on your console.

Unfortunately this is a glitch in the system, it has happened with other 360 titles on Back Compat previously on GWG, give it a few days, the tech team behind making the store work are usually pretty good at getting these glitches ironed out.

Have patience friend, it will be sorted soon!

Have you tried purchasing from a different device? I usually purchase the BC games using my PC and not my console.

This game Portal: Still alive is downloadable across xbox 360, xbox one, and xbox one x enhanced. Haved you tried clearing your saved games >>> The power cycle >>> install the game from your xbox one x. That should work and this gam is playable on all xbox
