    Xbox live gold pausing subscriptions


    A while back, I purchased one year of Xbox live gold. Currently, I have 107 days left in that subscription which is a little over 3 months and it will expire on June 15th, 2021. I am actually going to be away for a few months and will return in the summer and unfortunately, I will be missing out and essentially wasting those last 107 days. I was wondering if there is a way that I could possibly "postpone" my subscription so that I would lose it right now and then regain it when I return and still have the 107 days of gold left

    I am very sorry to inform you but you will not be able to pause your subscription to Xbox Live which is stated in the Terms of Service you agreed to when signing up to Xbox Live. You can cancel your subscription but this will not be refunded
    and you will need to re-purchase subscription to Xbox Live Gold.

    There is no way pause the time for xbl or game pass you already paid for. You could turn the auto renew for the subscriptions you have.

    Sorry, you cannot pause your xbox-live subscription. As your pre-paid duration is already paid for. Only option is to cancel your subscription, but you are welcomed to renew your subcription at any time you deem fit.
