Xbox live gold not working in mexico

I'm not entirely sure what issue you are encountering. On
https://www.xbox.com/en-US/live/countries it says that Live services are in fact supported in Mexico. Are you having trouble redeeming a prepaid code for an Xbox Live subscription? Or did you already purchase/redeem your subscription and the services are
not working?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that you purchased Xbox Live Gold, but you do not have access to the features of the subscription. Are you using an Xbox One, Xbox 360, Windows 10 computer or a mobile device? Does the

subscription appear active on your account? Do you see the purchased for Xbox Live Gold on

your order history? If you are using an Xbox One; we recommend
power cycling the console by holding down the power button on the console for ten seconds. Also, you can try

removing the profile from the console and downloading it back. Be sure to let us know the results!

I purchased my subscription and the service are not working

same here in Mexico, whit 3M Gold live, any solution??????????

Thanks for reaching out to the forums with this inquiry! I understand you purchased 12 months of Xbox Live Gold in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil and you wanted to know if it would work back home in Mexico is that right? Unfortunately Xbox Live Gold subscriptions
are typically region locked so you may not even be able to redeem the Gold onto your account. Let us know with a reply how it goes.
