I bought an Xbox live gold membership for 12month and I enter the code and its comes up with there's a problem with Xbox service try again later I have tried it 6times n still don't work what do I do?

Did you have a renewing subscription previously that may have gone past due? if so then you will have to call xbox support to clear that up and then you should be able to put the code in.

If you are talking about when Rayman 3D was part of the Games With Gold then unfortunately if you do not get the game when it is available as part of the Games With Gold then no. Keep in mind in the future if you do have internet access anywhere you can
sign into your account at Games with Gold | Xbox Live and click on the game and it will allow you to get the game for free during the time that it is free. So you do not have to do the games with gold from your console. When
going to the website and signing into your account that has the Gold it will put the license for the game into your account and will show up on your xbox one console under the ready to install.

Credits for renewing your Xbox Live Gold membership will appear on your MyRewards page within 2 days of your current Xbox Live Gold membership ending and the new one beginning. In addition, if you allow your Xbox Live Gold membership to expire before you
renew your Xbox Live Gold membership, you will be ineligible for this offer.
