Xbox Live Gold membership does not being recognized in 360 Xbox games market

Xbox Live Gold membership does not being recognized in 360 Xbox games market. I log in with the right account where i have the Xbox Live Gold membership, but i am not getting the discounts. I can not get Dante's Inferno for free (Games with Gold this time)
or purchase anything else with the Gold membership discount.

It is a new subscription. I conect to the "360 Xbox games market" with my pc (e.g. : Dante's Inferno™) and i do not get any gold discount.
Otherwise when i conect to buy an "xbox one" game (e.g. : Αγοράστε το Surviving Mars - Microsoft Store el-GR) i get the discounts. I also redeemed the "xbox one" free games with gold, "Battlefield 1" and "Race the Sun"
with out problem. The problem is only in the "360 Xbox games market".

Have you tried accessing the content from an Xbox 360 content at all? Please let us know with a reply to determine how to best assist you.

 

I do not have a Xbox360 console or Xbox One. I have ordered an Xbox One but have not get it in my hands yet. So through the site is my only choice right now.

Yes, I am trying to purchase Dante’s. I can see the title in the gold section. I am then directed to the XBOX360 games marketplace. I can see the title there, where it is showing that it is free for gold members. But when I am trying to purchase it, it
charges me 19,99.

Again, when I go to the section Games, Deals with Gold, I am trying to by the series “The Raven”. I can see the games in the market with discount for gold members. But when I am trying to purchase them, I am not getting the discount.

Of course, I always connect with the Microsoft client account where I have the gold membership. Which is working fine when I connect to buy XBOX ONE games, where I got the free games with gold and the discounts for Xbox One, Deals with Gold.

When I am trying to purchase XBOX ONE games I am directed to a link that starts with:
Microsoft - Official Home Page...

But when I am trying to purchase XBOX360 games I am directed to a link that starts with:
Xbox Games Store...

In the first link, for Xbox One games, everything works fine but in the second, for XBOX360 games, my gold membership it does not seemed to be recognized and I am not getting the deals that I can see in the store for gold members.

To download Xbox 360 games with gold onto an Xbox One, you need an active and valid payment method registered to your account. You would need a credit/debit card or if available PayPal. There are no charges involved.

 

I have an active and valid payment method with a credit card. It works fine in the "Xbox One games market" but not in the "Xbox360 games market".

If you have the trial version, you do not got discounts on games, only access to online servers.

 

I do not have a trial version. As stated, I have a Xbox Live Gold subscription, payed monthly through my credit card. I have an active and valid payment method with a credit card for purchases in the market place. I get all the discounts and free games
in the “Xbox One marketplace” but not in the “Xbox360 market place”.

I can't on xbox and through the site, it charges me 19.99 too.
