It sounds like you are referring to Xbox Live Tenure badges on peoples profiles.

These are displayed on peoples profiles, when they have Xbox Live Gold. The number in the middle indicates how long they have been on the program.

Same here ,I've been on for 13 years and mine keeps disappearing,I never even received my gold badge on my profile,usual rubbish I was told its been given out in no specific order.well everyone on friends list has theres why don't I ?

Still hasn’t come back and every time I contact support they just tell me they will fix in 72 hours which doesn’t happen
