    Xbox live gold issues


    just used a Xbox live gold 2 day trial pass and I have it applied but isn’t letting me use any of the features, prior to this my Xbox live charged me for a month even though I turned auto renew off then 4 days after is now saying I don’t have Xbox live and
    hasn’t refunded my bank account or anything ? what do I do as I’ve tried calling helplines and they don’t work!!!

    Microsoft giving free digital games for users with broken disc drives

    I was just told this while chatting with an MS rep about a separate issue: "Every console sent in for repair will have a free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription after the repair. However for those with disc unreadable issue, on top of the free 30 day Xbox Live Gold subscription, they'll receive a free game token." They will email the code after the replacement XBox has shipped.

    New halo update question

    xbox live is having some issues so that may be the problem.
    It worked earlier for me and there was a monetary value for each of the Gold bundles (no REQ points)

    Seems like the issue is not regarding to your game edition it is due to your subscription. The game requires Xbox Live Gold subscription to play it. It’s either you will purchase Xbox Live Gold subscription or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate since the Ultimate included Xbox Live Gold as well.

    I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Xbox Live Gold membership and Minecraft. Microsoft has recently announced that they will be phasing out Xbox Live Gold and replacing it with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Xbox Live Gold, Xbox Game Pass, and Xbox Game Pass for PC and gamepass core.. This change is aimed at providing a more comprehensive gaming experience for users.

    Keep..in mind gamepass core replaces gold .not gamepass.has includes .gold and gives you access to.25 games. and it Costs the same as gold

    Regarding your issue with Minecraft, it's possible that there may be a technical issue that's preventing you from accessing the game. I recommend contacting Xbox customer support for assistance with this issue.

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Have you used Xbox Live Gold on that account in the past? The Xbox Live Gold free trial is available for accounts that have never used Xbox Live Gold. Be sure to let us know the results!

    Do you have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription? In order to use many of the Xbox Live features, you must have Xbox Live Gold. Double check and let us know if you are still experiencing issues. :)

    Do i seriously have to have online to play GTA IV, which i payed for on xbox marketplace!?!?

    I have Grand Theft Auto IV and it says you do not require XBOX LIVE GOLD to play the story mode. However, a Gold membership is required in order to play with friends. Being a Gold member with a backup Silver account, I guarantee this is not the issue. If
