Just pay off the balance and then cancel the subscription.

Here is the thing when your account id suspended for payment options you are already in 18 days

So you already used it

You have to pay it off to lift the suspension but you cant refund it since you already used the month.

There is no refunds for 30days

Unless you are talking about a year or 3months

But then you wouldve had to pay it off within 30days then try the refund

,it is upto you to cancel before thr due date common man use common sense

you first have to pay the past due then you can cancel it.

As mentioned, since you have used the service and owe, You have to pay off the balance first before you can remove it.
