xbox live gold is joke which i got a tons of games for free from games with gold once i lost my gold subscription they took my free games back like what the [mod removed] why is the game free when you have to buy the game in the first place games with gold
is not free i'm paying for xbox live gold $60 for a whole year i should be able to keep my games but no microsoft all they see us as is a huge dollar sign on everybody they don't care for there customer all they care about is money there online there freak
security is garbage for instance there online you be playing with your friends and out of no were you get disconnected from xbox live and you have very good internet connection and saying you don't have internet access which is also [mod removed] it's online
supposed to be free and for there security there are people out there that are using cheats on gta 4 or gta 5 and even first person shooters online and microsoft can't even catch a hacker because the hacker is better then microsoft's anti cheat system the
hacker will hide under there rader without microsoft even knowing that they are cheating or using a modded xbox controller to cheat also i'm never using a xbox console ever again i'm going to stay with pc to game any way cause you can do so much more then
you would on console plus online gaming is free while xbox or playstation or nintendo are charging you to play online new gen console are basically turning into a full blown gaming desktop computer why bother getting a console it's just pointless.

it's true, the games you have with gold you can't play them until you pay for the service again, personally I don't love it, unfortunately all console services require payment to play online, already it depends on everyone choosing their best option, maybe
it's a good idea for you to pay xbox gamepass ultimate since you get the online and access to many games, personally I didn't pay gold until before gamepass ultimate

Same here, Been on to "Xbox Support" 6 Times now (BIG JOKE) No Live since update before December AND STILL NOT ABLE TO CONNECT!

Paying for "Gold Service" (ANOTHER JOKE)

The whole of xbox live is becoming a joke with hackers.

I have stopped playing all games online now and only buy gold when its cheap on the dashboard.

That's not all either, I can't even get an Xbox Live Gold subscription without a code. Microsoft's servers are a joke.

Actually managed to activate a 2 day gold code from the Xbox One windows 10 app, and lo and behold, even with a subscription active on the account, it still doesn't let me play online, games still prompt to buy Xbox Live Gold.

This whole experience is nothing but frustration.

Already since Monday Xbox live is no longer available. This is a joke and I expect adequate compensation of Xbox Live Gold users by Microsoft. After all, we pay good money for your services. Since we can not yet expect that the system works.
