Xbox live Gold Free Trial issue

Hi there! So, I've just got an Xbox 360 recently and I have wanted to do the free trial. So I did everything you needed to do get a free trial, I apparently have it working on my Microsoft Subscriptions but not my Xbox 360. I also had an Xbox Live Silver
account before I knew you needed a Gold for online games. So I'd like to please have help.

For anyone who has a Gold membership with Xbox Live, have you seen these coupon offers? Supposedly, you can either get Xbox free or get a free trial offer for as long as one year. There might be a catch, but maybe they're just doing it to promote the Gold membership. Has anyone ever gotten a free trial?

Those are referring to 14 days or 2 days trial. I'm talking about a one month trial

 

And I'm trynig to say. My microsoft account says I have my subscription on Gold. For a month. But on my console nothing..

 

Hey Logi99! When you visit xbox.com and log in with your Microsoft Account is your gamertag displayed in the top right corner or is it a different one? Post back and let us know!

To clarify, that name that you see in the top right corner, is it the Gamertag you are expecting to see or is it something different? Does it match the account you see on your Microsoft account? Please be sure you are using the correct email alias and password
when you sign in.

Yes I use the same email to login here. The problem is that my xbox live isn't showing onto my console and when I go in my subscriptions it says I have xbox live. It's been 9 days since I've got my xbox live trial and I'm disappointed of the fact I can't
use it. I've seen other people have this problem and they say they get a one month free code to redeem onto the xbox cause this trial thing has it's problem. If this trial fix does still not work I'm planning to do the same thing.
