Xbox live gold family (not really the whole family)

I had an xbox 360 which my whole family could play multiplayer live on, now the new machine xbox one I'm still paying for a family account however the whole family can't play multiplayer live.. Have the membership and logged in one xbox. my other son could
log in too.. Now my third son has received an xbox for christmas and he was joined up by the support team from xbox. In doing this he made my childs xbox the home one(he can go on 24/7) while my other two children keep kicking each other off the xbox live
cause only one of them can sign in.. i can't afford or justify two $89 payments if it hasnt gone up since last year.

why did you take away the online instead of 4 people it is now only two. please bring back the xbox family pack that used to be on the 360 console.. very pissed off kids and parent. your staff online told me that all three xbox;s could do xbox live and
that my adult profile didn't need to stay signed in, thats a lie.. also the online chat person i had told me only one kid could be online playing but i have two. also didn't know what he was taking about..

I WANT all three boys playing. I would never have got this for my son for xmas if i knew this was going to be such a drama.

ON your support page it says

"WITH xbox home GOLD on XBOX ONE a single gold membership provides multiplayer for everyone in your home* " LIES

then you have to go to the fine print where it says only one console can have it.ripping families off.

1 Gold Account for the whole family

Bit of good news,
I have just been reading the new Xbox Mag that quote:
'One Xbox Live Gold Account for the whole house, so no need for upgrading the whole family

Nice touch and will save some family's money for all the kids to be able to go Multiplayer

Microsoft has confirmed that the Xbox Live Gold Family Pack is no longer available for purchase, after several people noted its disappearance earlier this month.

“The Family Gold offer is no longer available for purchase,” a company representative told Joystiq. “The Family Center experience with settings management, allowance granting, child activity reports and family subscriptions management are still available for current Family Gold members at this time.”

Asked about the reasoning behind this decision, he replied: “We continually evaluate our business focus and work to offer services that make the most sense for our customers and Xbox.”

The Family pack was originally introduced in November 2010 and was a $99 bundle that included four year long Gold memberships for four family members, along with functions to monitor and control each family member’s content purchasing and viewing settings via the Family center.

The Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack gives you four 12-month Gold memberships for less than the price of two. You can easily convert an existing Xbox LIVE Gold membership, or you can sign up for a new Xbox LIVE account and Gold Family Pack membership.

Note You will get a discount on your Gold Family Pack membership if you have time remaining on your existing Gold membership.

With the Gold Family Pack, you can:

Give family members an allowance of Microsoft Points to redeem for films, games and more.
Manage your family memberships, activities and Family Settings from the Family Centre.

The feature for accounts on the Xbox One called the Home Console will share out the games and subscription from your profile/account when your set your account as the Home Console.

Then every other account on the Xbox will be able to access those games and be able to play online as if they have Xbox Live gold, without having to pay extra for that. This allows for more people then the old family plan ever did.

When that profile is set as the Home Console, then that profile does not need to be signed in.

On your second Xbox, sign in with your profile that has Xbox Live Gold and then have the other accounts sign in and now they will be able to play online as if they have gold since your account with gold is signed in.

So that gives you access to two console both with access to the games and Xbox Live belonging to just that one profile. Again, the Home Console feature give you far more than the family plan did for the 360.

The 12 month subscriptions will go on sale or are online on sale at times for $39. You get 4 free games a month plus discounts because of having the subscription.

With stating that Xbox "lies" and "ripping families off" maybe this isn't the system for you. I'd suggest you might do your research and see what the competition really gives you.

I have the same problem. My gold family pack expired today and I cannot renew it so now the whole family is without live and I don't want to buy it any other way.
