Bought Xbox live gold now the 25 digit code will not work saying code is not active

redeeming it through the official online website. I would like you please to sign in with the account that you would like to activate the subscription on into redeem.microsoft.com and redeem your code in the space provided.

In case the website wasn't helpful and you are still facing issues with your code, the next step would be to get in touch with the retailer to see if there is anything they can do from their end. In case the code was purchased from the Microsoft store, you
can get in touch with our online support to check what's going on with your code and get further assistance with your case. You will find below the official link to get in touch with them. All you need to do is access the link, click on the green button that

Keep in mind that you can't redeem trial codes (for 48hours or 14days of Xbox Live Gold) if you currently have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription.

Basically the same issue but I am receiving XBOS-3011
