Xbox live gold dicount

It says my gold is about to expire save 20% on Xbox live gold when you renew. When I click on it to renew my gold it comes up as regular price. I would like to renew but I also want my discount, please fix before deal is over. Thanks

the add says 20% off 12 months of gold your gold is expiring. I click that and my options are (renew gold now) (check out games) ( terms and conditions). So I click renew gold now and I get the games with gold and the option to extend my gold 1 month,
3 months, 12 months which all so regular price no discount. If I click on 12 months and extend which takes me to payment screen at full price then gives an error "try that again something happened on our end. Waiting a bit might help. Waiting doesn't help.

There was some trouble with this promotion but it should be cleared up. If it's still available for you it should show up after a power cycle, if it no longer shows then I'm afraid the promotion showing was part of the issue for you. Let us know how it goes
