    You may want to try
    Gold sharing     however to share some of your Xbox Live Gold benefits to another account.

    Tienes que poner una consola como ‘home xbox’ del perfil que tiene el gold, en esa manera podeis utilizar el gold (y eventualmente tambien el game pass) en aquella consola con todos los perfiles.

    Asì hay una consola ‘xbox home’ en la que todos los perfiles tienen el gold, mientras que el perfil que tiene el gold puede jugar utilizandolo en todas las otras consolas.

    El problema es que tienes que utilizar dos perfiles diferentes y que eso es posible solamente con dos consolas.
