Every time I try to Activate the 3 Months Free Xbox Live Gold Code that came bundled with my Xbox One S I get an error when I confirm Billing Details saying something went wrong on our end try again later. Then when I click continue it says code
not found.

When I click on OK it says

Code not found. Try re-entering it. If that does not work, please contact the merchant.

I contacted the store where I got my Xbox One S from & they said to contact Microsoft as the Code was bundled in with the Xbox.

I Am Sorry You Are Having Issues With Your 3 Month Gold That Came With Your Xbox.

By Any chance Was The Xbox Used?

The Person before That Could Of Already Used The Subscription and forget to put it in the trash instead then put it back into the case.

It was a New sealed Xbox One S, the 3 Months free Game Pass Code worked fine first time of entering it.

Since my last reply I entered the code again & it threw the same error, but upon checking my Memberships it has now gone through properly.

And remember that to play in multiplayer you need an xbox live GOLD active subscription.

Error code is displayed when trying to use a pre paid Xbox Live subscription code when your Xbox Live gold is still in effect. You must wait for the subscription period to end before you can use the code. Pre Paid subscription codes cannot be used to extend
an Xbox Live subscription, only activate it

Xbox One games acquired via Games with Gold do require an active Xbox Live Gold subscription, but as far as I know Xbox 360 games acquired via Games with Gold do not.
