    Hola, ayer di comprar a una suscripción de Xbox Live Ultimate, pero al querer entrar en Fortnite (que entraba al haber comprado antes una Xbox Live Gold) no me dejaba porque decía que "mi cuenta ya estaba en uso".

    Cancelé entonces la compra de Xbox Live Ultimate, pero también quedó cancelada la suscripción Xbox Live Gold?

    Por qué?

    Cómo se puede reactivar esta suscripción que es válida hasta 11/2020?

    Hello Gabriel,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with subscriptions. Unfortunately, when you purchased the ultimate subscription. It converts all other subscriptions to ultimate. So when you cancel the ultimate subscription, it cancels
    all. Here is a couple pages that will help.

    With regards to the subscription you can request a call from support to see what options they have available.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
