Xbox Live Gold can not be activated

I have tried to activate the Xbox Live Gold several times using different browsers and the console, but the result is always the same - "Check the instructions that came with your code.
You might need to redeem it on a different web page".

xbox live does not activate

Hello,

I have just paid a xbox live, but it does not activate. The purchase ordem can be seen on my payment record, but when i try to play or acess the xbox live gold section on my console, it says i do not have a xbox live gold activated.

If you have a active Xbox Live Gold subscription, you can't activate a Xbox Live Gold Trial. You will need wait your subsctiption end to activate trial.

You need an active Xbox live gold subscription to get the free games with gold. You can go to settings>account>subscriptions and see if you have an active Xbox live gold subscription.

Also make sure you have a internet connection.
