Xbox Live Gold 3 months plus another 3 montgs free

From 15th of January the promotion when you buy 3 months of gold membership and get 3 months of gold free is up. So I want to ask is this promotion region restricted? do I get 3 months free if I buy 3 month gold subscription? I live in Czech republic

On May 10th I bought a 3 month Xbox Live Gold subscription during the sale of "Buy 3 months, get 3 months free". I was told that I would be recieving a code for those "3 free months" but I never did. I have spoken to both Xbox Live and Microsoft support
and I was referred here.

I purchased on the US Microsoft Store site on June 15 and still have not received the free three months either. Terms and conditions said 10 business days until I receive the code. It has been well over this. I have contacted various customer service
reps with always being told they cannot help me and sending me to different reps. I even contacted via Twitter for help. No resolution yet.

Hey there Alterious!

For the most part if this is a promotion that is being prompted on your dashboard then once you complete the purchase you should either receive a message with the second 3 month code, Or this should apply automatically to your account. It should give you
some information on the promotion itself.

You can always confirm through your
Subscriptions to see it has been applied automatically, Or of course just keep an eye out on your message board.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem. I did see there was a question earlier one of the Ambassadors regarding the Promotion. Was the promotion straight through the Console or Where did you receive the code that you redeemed? On most promotions
the time should be send out almost immediately but could take a couple of days of course.
