Xbox Live Gold auto-renewal deactivated, gold is gone yet the payment has gone through.

Hello,

Today I got a message on my Paypal that the auto renewal payment for 3 months xbox live gold went through, I was like okay I must have forgotten to turn it off. So I went to turn it off on my account and it was all fine. But then I logged into my Xbox One
and suprise!: ´Your xbox live gold has expired.´

I did not choose to turn off my ´Xbox Live Gold´, I only stopped the auto-renewal option that was due in three months because I already payed to keep my Gold untill the first of April.

Does anybody know if there is a way to get my Gold/money back? Thanks in advance.

You can Request a call back or Request
a refund (form) by click either of the links. I would personally do a call back its faster.

Thanks for the quick response, but the link does not work for me (I am in the Netherlands so it´s a different link, but i have found a page where it says the following: Verloopt op 3-4-2019.
Laatste opwaardering met € 19,99 op 4-1-2019 (this means that the Gold expires on 3 April because I paid 19,99 on the 4th of januari) I think I will wait a few days and see if it progresses any further. Thanks for the response and help anyways!

However it does sound strange that you got charged but turned off Auto renewal and lost gold. Phone support might be better first.

Thanks for coming to the forums with your issue. If the auto renew was turned off close to the time the subscription is to renew, the payment sometimes is already pending for it.

You can request a call back and speak with a support agent.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

Step 1 ----select Xbox One
Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
Step 3-----select show contact options
Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.
