    Hello, I accidentally added a Xbox live Gold 3 months code on a wrong account (my second microsoft account) and not on my main which I've always played with (very unfortunate ^^).. I know that it is impossible to transfer a Gold subscription between accounts
    but I wonder if it is possible to ask Microsoft to cancel my subscription and send me a new code and use it on the good account ? Thank you !

    You would need to contact support to see if they can do so. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us They've made some changes recently so I don't know if they still do.

    Alternatively, if you're using the One, if you set the console as your Home console for the 2nd account, you'll be able to share the gold with your normal account.

    Unfortunately code are consumables and one time use there isnt much you can do im afraid :(

    It's saying "You must be signed in to a gamer profile with multiplayer privileges to play online."

    It looks like that's the problem then. It looks like you signed into the wrong gamertag on the website. So if you added the gold on the website, you added it to the wrong profile. You'll need to call support and see if they can cancel the gold on this account
    so you can add it to the correct account.
