Comprei um cartão presente da Xbox live gold de 12 meses. Veio com 4 meses dê gamepass ultimamente quê acabou no dia 17 deste mês, porem, a live acabou junto com a gamepass mesmo sobrando 8 meses de live. Como faço para ter o restante? Obrigado desde
já.

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with a recently redeemed code for Xbox Live Gold. If you redeem an Xbox Live Gold code while a Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active on your account, the time will automatically be converted
to Game Pass Ultimate time. For more information, please visit:

SwitchdKiller, if you have ran out of Xbox Live Gold your tenure resets. The "badge" you are talking about is how many years you subscribed to Xbox Live Gold with out stopping.
