    I just bought a monthly subscription to xbox live gold but my xbox doesnt recognize it, jus brings me an error code (8C150009).

    I cancelled my subscription, ask for a refund and try it again but the same error code keeps coming up, any help?

    You need an active Xbox live gold subscription to get the free games with gold. You can go to settings>account>subscriptions and see if you have an active Xbox live gold subscription.

    Also make sure you have a internet connection.
