You need an active Xbox live gold subscription to get the free games with gold. You can go to settings>account>subscriptions and see if you have an active Xbox live gold subscription.

Also make sure you have a internet connection.

I have ab error on my accout just after I paid 12 month gold live with error 8C150009 and my membership gold doesnt work Im realy upset and I cant find in forum any solution what should I do ?

I have exactly the same problem. I bought a 3 month xbox live gold, but I did by the xbox live website because I cant did it by the xbox console. Then when I tried to play a game online, a "conection problem" message appeared. Next, when I went to my system
configurations, the window with the code

8C150009 appeared. What should I do ?
