As discussed with Microsoft chat support representative, Iola S, I am requesting to have my free 3 months access to Xbox Live Gold subscription code to be sent as I have not received it as part of the June promotion campaign.

Please resolve this immediately.

i bought 3 month gold and i didnt get a minecraft code by 31/7/2017

Did you purchase Xbox Live Gold through the Minecraft + Gold page through the Xbox One dashboard, or did you purchase a 3 Month Xbox Live Gold pre-paid code and redeem it? If you redeemed and Xbox Live Gold code, unfortunately you will not qualify for this
promotion. To qualify for this promotion, 3 Months or 12 Months of Xbox Live Gold must be purchased through the Minecraft + Gold promotion page directly through the Xbox One console with a credit card on file.

Your best bet, in this case, is to head over to the Xbox Support website (Contact Us | Xbox Support), select Billing, Prepaid Codes, and either chat with Xbox Support or request a Call
from Support to help you resolve this. As it sounds like you already tried the chat route, maybe a call will work out better for you.

that was the promo... Buy 3 months Xbox Live Gold then get 3 months extra for free... But i haven't received any codes... even after my subscription i bought expired last week!!

Thanks, XBLRewards3 for responding to my previous thread and sending me my missing credits. But you closed the thread before I asked a follow up. I appreciate that I am getting my missing money but Xbox Live Rewards is still saying I am not Gold. What will
happen when I get my Feb deposit in March? Is the issue resolve? How do I fix this issue? Xbox Live Rewards on Twitter said I need to cancel the 3 month promotional Gold. But how do I do that? Xbox Support said that is not impossible. How does added a 3 month
promotional Gold turn my entire Gold into a promotion? Also, I just bought a new 3 month that I added to my Gold, so how come it didn't change it back to non promotional?
