    Hola, desde el dia Lunes compre una Tarjeta de Xbox Live Gold de 3 meses en una tienda (7-Eleven), pero al canjear el codigo de la tarjeta me marca error, la he intentado canjear desde mi Xbox One y desde la Microsoft. com pero dice que no se ha activado,
    que me comunique con la tienda donde lo compre, ya fui y dice que la Tarjeta de Xbox live gold esta activada, me he tratado de contactar con Soporte Tecnico de Xbox y no me han contestado mis mensajes, ayuda por favor

    As per the article that covers
    troubleshooting gift card and code issues    , It can take up to 24 hours for your code to be activated.

    If after that, you are still unable to redeem your code, we would refer your to the point of purchase, however, its likely that they will refuse to provide further assistance on this matter.

    In this scenario, you will then have to
    Contact Xbox Customer Support     for further assistance in regards to that code.
