    Hi there,

    if the code shows a message saying that the code isn't active yet, then the store hasn't activated the code after purchase, the best thing to do is to wait 24 hours and then try again, if that fails you will need to contact the store where the code was purchased
    to explain the situation and have them to activate the code.
