I need help retrieving a 1 month code for Xbox live that was sent to me via a message on my Xbox One.

If you referring to the one month of Xbox Live that was provided for early Halo: Master Chief Collection players, that code has expired and is no longer redeemable. If you're referring to a different offer please clarify so we can look into it

 

No it was one I got a little after the gears download codes were given out. I tried to use it but it said I still had Xbox live and if I wanted to give it to a friend, but I decided to save it for when I ran out. When I checked the messages on my Xbox it
was gone. Guessing it expired.

I on't know for what it was, all I know is I got it around late November early December I believe.
