    Xbox live Gift code doesn´t work


    Each time that we try to use a gift code that I bought, there's a error message that says that code was boght for other country, but it isn't true. I don´'t know what to do. Technical support told me that I just need to register a credit card, I did it,
    but nothing happens.

    It was a gift for my brother, and I'm upset because of this.

    MS, Why you dont fix my Account Issues ?

    I have the same problem today.

    My gold membership was cancealed without reason and the prepaid codes they send me to recover my gold doesn´t work because they told that I have two billing address and the xbox live doesn´t know where to put my the gold...

    I can t redeem code în my region(Germany) even i bought code for Europe. How can I redeem it?

    But after that i bought one code for global and it work, why The code for Europe doesn t work?

    Change the region on Xbox Account

    Well, the Problem is that I can´t use a german gift Card Code on an american xbox account.

    So I wouldn´t be able to get Money on the xbox account.

    Changing the Location on the profile doesn´t help and the Microsoft account already is set to Germany.

    I don´t know why but the xbox account still thinks that it is in america...
