Xbox Live/Game Pass recurring charge on old account

If you were trying to buy Xbox live gold or game pass, recurring charges cannot be paid for with your account balance

I have around 10 charges from the last 10 months I would need refunding desperately, I have already cancelled it on 25/03/24.

Is there anyone I can please speak to because I am in a dire financial situation and this feels hopeless, please advise?

The link works for me. What about it didnt work for you?

Keep in mind they typically will only refund the most recent charge. They aren't going to be likely to refund all 10 months worth of charges.

If you have access or can recover access to your account, you can use this link https://support.xbox.com/help/subsc...ions/cancel-recurring-billing-or-subscription to cancel and if eligible, request a refund.

If there is no way of recovering access, then I would suggest contacting Xbox Support aka.ms/contactxboxsupport and use the options Subscription & Billing > I don't recognize a charge.
